Lessons with Mikensey

My resume includes competing at the FEI levels with multiple horses. restarting Thoroughbreds off the track. Developing young horses/saddle breaking to create happy horses that will be successful at their job. My main goal is to help horses and riders reach their own personal goals. I am available to teach at my farm or could travel to yours! 

All levels, ages and experience welcomed!

Consignment & Training board 

  • Training 5 to 6 days a week depending on horses needs

  • Excellent facility including 3 arenas, full cross country course, covered round pen and 3 barns.

  • feeding includes seminole/ Tucker milling, beet pulp& alfalfa pellets. Free choice Tifton 85 hay.

  • Exceptional care from staff that lives on property.

Advertisment 

We advertise through our network of professionals. Including social media, websites and contacting people in our network. Our training and sale horses will have the exposure through multiple clinics and shows. We work hard to make consistent and current content for your horse .

  • When the horse is sold we receive 20% commission. 

  • when the horse is with us owner is responsible for any out of pocket expenses including veterinary care, shoeing, shipping (beyond local), show cost etc 

  • Mikensey contacts the owners once a week to discuss the health of the horse, Training and marketing

Ground work 

Types of training offered

Under saddle training

  • $900 a month 

  • does not include training rides

  • specifically for behavioral issues on the ground.

  • Problem horses this included issues with pulling back, trailer loading , types of aggression, kicking , bucking, rearing etc. 

  • If horse has bucking or rearing problem pain must be ruled out by vet.

  • General training includes furthering your horse in knowledge and experience.

  • $1200 a month 

  • saddle breaking 

  • general training 

  • regularly hauled off site (showing, schooling, clinics)
